Shipping is included with all products listed on our website to ensure you only pay what is shown on our website (excluding complete bicycles). Upon items being dispatched from our online store
you'll be advised by email and given an ETA when to expect the items delivered.
Returns Terms & Conditions
Northern Beaches Cycles will refund the purchase price of the returned goods provide the following points;
Copy of the original receipt is returned with the goods.
Goods must have not been opened, damaged or used and in the original packaging.
You must return the goods within 7 business days of advising us.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for incorrect choice of product, either size or colour.
Refunds will not be given on any items marked as specials or any items no currently in stock.
